Cancellation Policy
All clients please note that it is our policy that you must provide us 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you give less than 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment your credit card on file will be charged a 50% of scheduled service as a cancelation fee. Life happens so in the event of a family emergency or, if you have fever of over 99.9 the day of your scheduled service, this service fee will be waived. Thanks for your understanding!
